Project Goals

Re-design existing website, improve content architecture. Establish trust and credibility. The website's look and feel should differentiate from competitors. Improve the ‘Get in touch’ flow to optimise conversion rates. Add social proof (testimonials, blogs, and Twitter feeds) to build trust with clients.

  • BMA Law is a law firm that specialises in doctors and works with medical professionals in all areas of practice in the UK.
  • There were a couple of issues with the website. The website was inaccessible to customers due to the lack of visibility of the contact form.
  • The main business proposition was not clear.
  • The website markup needed to be as readable as possible for search engine crawlers which would help to increase SERP rankings.

The Solution

I worked closely with the BMA Law team to redesign the website and create a clickable prototype for stakeholders. I focused on creating a website that was not only visually appealing but also high-performing and optimized for SEO. During the project, we realized that BMA Law's logo looks too complicated. After consulting with the client, we made the decision to simplify it.
