Kirill Titov is the owner and design director of Studio KVT-Design, a compact autonomous design studio situated in Milton Keynes, UK.
During my final year at De Montfort university, I uncovered my genuine passion for the web design.
Between 2015 and 2017, I gained professional experience as a web designer, employed at both "Pixel-Labs" and "Nine Dot Media", reputable web design and development agencies located in Leicester.
I love challenges and that's how I found myself working for nationwide car dealership "Sytner" as UX designer until the end of 2019.
Then, to gain more experience in e-commerce field I moved onto work for one of the biggest suppliers of vitamins and food supplements, "Holland and Barrett". I've developed valuable skills by implementing cross-selling techniques into a website and witnessed how it was boosting sales growth.
Following that, I worked with the Department for Education on three different projects, including one where I was responsible for the design of the job listing process for school vacancies.
Given the nature of my freelance and contractor roles, it was crucial for me to swiftly adapt to each new work environment, assimilate into the culture, and navigate the political climate. I observed my surroundings keenly and promptly discovered effective ways to connect with my colleagues.
